Meet in Modesto at 5:15 P.M. to carpool to UC Merced (or members and spouses can meet at UC Merced at 6:00 P.M.)
6:00 P.M. to 6:30 P.M.: GUEST ARRIVAL & COCKTAIL RECEPTION
6:30 P.M.: DINNER
6:30 P.M. to 6:45 P.M.: MEMBER OF THE YEAR AWARD & EPC BUSINESS (Ratify Slate of 2017-2018 Officers)
6:45 P.M. to 7:45 P.M.: Faculty & Staff "Mini-TED Talk Presentations"
7:45 P.M. to 8:15 P.M.: Close and Carpool Home
* Note: Parking will be complimentary. Parking lot will most likely be "Lake" parking lot, however, due to ongoing construction, parking lot subject to change (stay tuned).
