Brief Bio:

Debra is a Deloitte Tax LLP managing director who specializes in representing high wealth individuals, estates, tax exempts, and entities before the IRS. She has been resolving IRS disputes for more than 30 years and has a tax litigation background. Debra is often called upon to defend IRS global high wealth examinations and appeals, as well as complex payroll, estate and gift, voluntary disclosure, and tax-exempt matters. She lectures frequently and teaches IRS practice and procedure.
