Jeffrey S. Burrow is the Managing Director of the United Capital office in Modesto, California, and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™professional, a Chartered Retirement Planning Specialist℠ and an Accredited Investment Fiduciary®. He focuses on the wealth management needs of high-net-worth families, foundations and endowments, and businesses throughout the Central Valley of California. Jeff also serves as an expert witness and consultant in personal financial matters, helping to substantiate reasonable levels of investment return, amounts of income and estimated values of lump-sum assets for legal proceedings.
After graduating with honors from UC Santa Barbara, he began his financial career with Morgan Stanley in the late 1990s. He earned credentials from The American College, The College for Financial Planning and the Center for Fiduciary Studies. He is currently a member of Modesto Rotary, member of the Stanislaus County Estate Planning Council and founding member of the Transfer of Wealth Technical Advisory Committee for the Stanislaus Community Foundation.
Jeff is a leader in his industry, having co-authored the book, FlexScore: Financial Advice for the Rest of Us and holds US Patent #8,533,092, the financial industry’s first personal finance health score. Having been born and raised in the Central Valley of California, Jeff is happy to live in the same community where he grew up. He and his wife, Nicole, keep busy raising their three children, Bronson, Makayla and Kendall.
