Eric T. Nielsen is the Managing Partner at Gianelli Nielsen who focuses his practice on business, civil, and complex litigation.
Eric started his practice as a business transactional attorney and continues to help his clients with business transactional work. His litigation focus has allowed him to represent these business clients with all facets of business litigation from shareholder disputes to unfair business competition litigation. In addition, one of the primary focuses of law at Gianelli Nielsen is estate planning; and, as such, Eric regularly has the opportunity to represent clients with probate and estate litigation.
Through the years, Eric has developed a diverse litigation practice that has led to his representing several large financial institutions with debt collection, together with loan modification and regulatory compliance issues. He has also litigated several personal injury and wrongful death matters and often works as Cumis counsel for his clients.
Eric vigorously advocates on behalf of each of his clients from start to finish and without exception.
