The Hon. Stacy P. Speiller is a judge for the Stanislaus County Superior Court in California. She was appointed to the bench by former Governor, Jerry Brown, in 2017. She filled the vacancy created by the retirement of the Hon. Nan C. Jacobs (Ret.). At the time of her appointment, Judge Speiller held the distinction of being the youngest person to serve as a judge in Stanislaus County.
She is a registered Democrat.
Judge Speiller received her B.A. from Berkeley University. She went on to earn her J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
Prior to her appointment to the Superior Court, Speiller had been a named partner at Cash-Dudley-Speiller and Torres PLC since 2010. Before that, she practiced as an associate at E.F. Cash-Dudley beginning in 2004.
Speiller was a certified family law specialist.
